This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on equipment, conducting corrective and preventive maintenance, and ensuring the operational efficiency of industrial machinery. Tasks include regular inspections, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical issues, and ensuring all maintenance activities are documented and compliant with safety standards.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Vocational training certificate is an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years working experience as a machine operator.
Certificate of apprenticeship or on the job training
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
