Job Description

Job Purpose.

 

To facilitate and develop a close relationship between Stanbic Bank Kenya (SBK), the estate agent and/or developers to ensure that all potential buyers are referred to SBK.  To proactively sell SBK home loan products to new property buyers through dedicated estate agents/developers to maximise our market share and grow the Banks home loan book.  To provide training and support to the estate agents/developers with a view to achieve our desired market share.

 

Job Specifics.

 

Achieve allocated home-loans targets.

Act as primary point of contact for potential home buyers and provides the best advice to conclude the sale.

Establish, maintain and leverage estate agent and developers for end user finance

Attend development launches/show houses to represent Stanbic Bank Kenya.

Distribute promotional material between all estate agents and developers according to market share contribution.

Ensure accurate capture, updates or amendments of client information and history notes.

Provide primary point of contact to customers by identifying their finance needs and fulfilling on them

Develop business opportunities by following up/pursuing leads

Ensure that applications are accurately completed in CAMS and Flowcredit with minimal reworks and aligned to SLA

Ensure that service requests in personal work list are actioned within agreed timelines.

Ensure upfront approval of new developments for e.g. exposure for sectional title development, attorney approval, etc.

Facilitate an effective and efficient end to end home loan application process (from application submission to registration).

Facilitate and develop sound relationships with the estate agent and developer through an effective calling programme.

Facilitate and develop sound relationships with the internal channels such as Branches, group schemes, credit, valuers and collateral

Ensure all loans booked are properly managed to avoid arrears of lock up

Identify and action opportunities for cross  and up sell.

Identify opportunities to promote other Stanbic Bank Kenya (SBK) products (cross-sell).

Keep clients, agents/developers informed of loan progress.

Negotiate with pricing for competitive interest rates for the client.
